Fail to wire can be configured in the CLI using the system platform command.
Usage
system platform - Change LAN bypass on power off settings.
USAGE:
system platform display | show [working | running] [out]
system platform modify [pair1 ENABLED] [pair2 ENABLED]
WHERE:
ENABLED := { enable | disable }
EXAMPLES:
system platform modify pair1 enable

Modes
Off-mode Bypass: port pair passes traffic when the Ecessa device is powered off
Run-time Bypass: port pair passes traffic when the Ecessa device is powered on
Just-on Bypass: port pair passes traffic while the Ecessa device is booting and stops when boot is complete
