When using ANPI VoIP service there are two required settings that can be found on the SIP Proxy -> Advanced -> Optional Settings page. These settings are:

Enable Sending SIP to original destination
Protocols To Use: UDP

The Enable Sending SIP to original destination option should be checked and the Protocols To Use option should be set to UDP.

These settings are available in software versions 10.7.2 and newer.
