1. Ability to set a set number of network timeouts.
Improvements
1. NCA-1513A improves VPN performance by using quick assist.
2. IKEv2 supports AES128GCM for phase1 encryption. Default IPSec encryption settings updated.
Fixes
1. Configured DHCP Helper in services listens on all LANs instead of the configured listener LANs.
2. Changing passwords with invalid passwords does not show an error.
3. QoS page activation never finishes activating if there is a classifier issue.
4. Hardware Failover active device does not block access to the idle device via idle services.
