Fixes
1. DHCP WANs are not always correctly loaded from configurations.
2. Hardware Failover instructions are not displayed when performing an update.
3. IDS/IPS category configuration may not be applied to associated rules.
4. Geoblocking will fail to configure if a DHCP WAN has no address.
