Improvements
1. Ability to see whether a user is an account administrator when viewing users.

Changes
1. Cloud storage instances are not restricted for which sites access the data due to the fact that all cloud storage devices have access to the same data.

Fixes
1. Cloud View does not display for 10.7.x and older firmware.
2. A site with an apostrophe can not be removed.
