New Features
No new features in this release.

Changes
1. Translucent Mode now does a gratuitous ARP for the gateway IP on the corresponding LAN during boot up and when using the 'ARP Update' feature found under Diagnostics -> ARP Cache. This updates the ARP cache on neighboring devices
to remove stale entries during installation.
