1. Further restricted available SSL ciphers used in HTTPS connections.
2. Fixed an issue with IE11 breaking SVG support.
3. DNS SOA would not be updated in the Web UI after making a change.
4. Make IPSec exceptions for LAN to LAN traffic when a default route is added over a VPN.
