Changes
1. User Defined Path testing would not be setup properly after reloading a configuration. This was introduced in firmware version 9.2.11.
2. Handle carriage returns in VoIP Authentication CSV imports.
3. Fix the CLI Diagnostic Speed Test to handle redirects. This fixes speedtest.net updating their URL.
