Changes
1. In 10.3.x versions WAN Virtualization would not be able to be started after going down. This would require a reboot.
2. Added 'system perf' to the CLI. This contains the ability to disable RPS/XPS packet steering, and other performance tweaks.
3. Added Virtual Machine host hypervisor detection for VirtualBox .
