New Features
No new features in this release.

Changes
1. Changing a VPN would cause all configured WAN Virtualization VPN's to restart.
2. Firewall would not handle user defined aliases properly.
3. Gratuitous ARP requests have been limited to /23 for routed and transparent modes.
