Changes
1. Setting Hardware Failover Keep-Alive port through the command line would not bind to correct port.
2. The 'wan peer delete' command would not properly delete the IP from the WAN interface.
3. Non-admin users could not run some of the CLI diagnostics.
4. Not all alias changes would take effect on activation.
