Business Hours
Technical support is available during the normal business hours of Monday through Friday 7AM to 6:30PM CST. During this time Technical Support can be reached by calling 763.694.8875, calling toll-free 866.510.5562, submitting a ticket via support.ecessa.com, or by emailing help@ecessa.com An active Service Level Agreement is required to receive technical support.
After Hours Support
After hours support is available for urgent issues to customers with an active 24x7 Service Level Agreement. After hours support is only available by calling 763.694.8875 or toll-free 866.510.5562. Messages left after hours will be returned as soon as possible by the on-call engineer, typically within 1 hour.

- December 24 & 25
